• Bookings are made on Fresha, by LINE, WhatsApp, telephone or at the spa. A booking is confirmed when we confirm it.จองได้ผ่าน Fresha, LINE, WhatsApp, โทรศัพท์ หรือที่ร้าน การจองมีผลเมื่อทางร้านยืนยัน

Cancellation and reschedulingการยกเลิกและเลื่อนนัด

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full treatment or deposit amount. Please inform our team before your treatment if you are pregnant, have high or low blood pressure, heart or circulatory conditions, recent injuries or surgery, allergies, skin conditions, or any other medical concerns. Certain treatments may not be suitable for some guests. Using the Sauna, Cold Bath and Private Hot Bathการใช้ Sauna, Cold Bath และ Private Hot Bath

For your comfort and safety, guests should inform our team of any medical conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery, injuries, or other health concerns before using the Sauna, Cold Bath or Private Hot Bath. Appropriate swimwear is required. Guests should follow the recommended session times and staff guidance at all times.
